*Offender’s racial affiliation from among the following categories: Asian / Pacific Islander, Black, North American Indian, Unknown, White. Only one category may be selected through the following process: 1) ask the offender, 2) use government documents in DOC possession, 3) DOC staff discretion.
Data contained in this report was queried from the Juvenile Justice Information System (JJIS). The data is a count of all commitments with a Sentence Effective Date in the corresponding calendar year. A youth with multiple Sentence Effective Dates in the same calendar year will be counted once for each Sentence Effective Date. No independent data audit has been conducted. This data is subject to data entry errors. . |
