The Division welcomes Lori J. Pendleton as the Correspondent for the Interstate Compact for Juveniles.  The Interstate Compact on Juveniles (ICJ) is a federal law that assists states in the return of youth who runaway, escape or abscond across state lines. It also provides for the cooperative supervision of juvenile probationers and parolees between states.
