The link below will provide you with DHFS Child Welfare
Directories around the state of Wisconsin. After you click on the RCC
link, you will be able to tell if a facility is Type 2 by looking at the
far right side....if the "CLASS" says TP2, it is a type 2 facility.
Please note that we do not necessarily have contracts with all the
providers listed. DJC personnel should still refer to our listing
of contracted providers.
